I think both is a good idea. Yes it should have been talked about sooner but
there is just to much work to be done.
I think everything will work out ok!
If Bernie would like to take charge of the auction - that would be great!

if the members don't even know about it. It should have been posted on the
event page since day one. Are you saying you want the raffle rather than the

auction, but it I guess it was privileged info that I was not in on. I tried
to get an auction going last year, but... and tried again earlier this
spring. After my email this morning it looks like a tiny little note was
posted by BWAT on the event page. I guess the people that have all ready
logged in on the event page probably will not see the note. Bernie
