I think you mean "The only thing I'm having trouble with is that GPSr's have a small but noticable delay between moving and being updated with new, accurate information, and I keep forgetting to slow right down when I'm close to the waypoint" :D By the way, the comment about the compass with the sun and moon on it... THat's a really useful tool, if you leave your magnetic compass at home. IF you are moving, no problem, the GPSr can figure out which direction you aer moving in, adn therefore which direction is north. If you have slowed right down or stopped, it can't do that. However, if you have a compass that has a sun and/or moon showing, you point the sun or moon symbol in the direction of the appropriate heavenly body, and that will correctly orientate[1] the compass. It can be very useful. It's just like having an analogue[1] watch and pointing the hour hand towards the sun, and having the halfway point between the hour hand and 12 (or 1 during DST) be south. It's better than that, in fact because it will adjust according to your longitude, whereas your watch will be less accurate the further you move from the centre[1] of the timezone you are in. Timothy [1] I'm English, so those are the correct spellings :) **************************************************************************** Our WebPage!
