Just for kicks I did a search of caches from our landlord's ZIP code, 63119,
and looked at the first 20 caches...not one mentions permission. I know that
it's a smallish sample, but it tells me that people like frisbees a lot more
than they admit. ;)

sounds like littering to me. what ever happened to 'take only photographs,
leave only footprints'?
what if I like to tinker around on rusty old cars? am I now able to use that
rationale to leave rusty old cars in public spaces for others to find so they
can tinker too?
