I would have to agree bad grammar and spelling are not reasons to
SBA a cache. Those are mistakes SLAGA members have made as well.
Why doesn?t any one come down hard for that? Some of can?t even
spell ?disgrace? when replying to bad grammar.
Since some of you know this cacher could the "disrespect" have
been accidental? Considering the age of this cacher and his
location in this world maybe he helped his family when he was old
enough. Just a guess on my part. As far as the rest of the
accusations I would think it an honest assessment that we all are
guilty of doing these things from time to time. I can think of two
road series of caches that were both the ?throw down? type caches.
Both are very popular.
I would venture to say most of you have only experienced or known
this cacher by this one page he made. You know nothing about the
person or the situation. Would he have needed permission if it was
his fence and field the plane crashed into / on to. Could the
pilot have been under the influence at the time of the crash? I
couldn?t tell any of this by reading the cache page but I guess
some here have better ?powers?.
Agreed the cache page wasn?t complete but most of us are guilty of
the same things we are pointing fingers for. That?s what I like
and continue to like about Geocaching, is that you get to play it
your own way??.everyone does. I think a little friendly guidance
or suggestion to the cacher would have been better in this case
than the slash and burn.
