Hi Raymond,

Oh you can blame the beta testers for the difficulty levels being defined 
*grin*. My beta testers always set the difficulty for each difficulty level: 
easy, normal, and insane.

I typically use average gamers for defining easy, intermediate gamers for 
normal, and power gamers for the difficulty for insane.

Actually defining the difficulty levels takes up the majority of beta 
testing for our products.
