And this is where things get really confusing, because for some
of us on this list, the ninth circuit (which, I think, is some
court in the US) has no direct relevance.
As it happens, there's this piece about Scottish law (for those
not in the UK who thought the UK had one legal system, you'd
be wrong - Scottish law can be very different), again involving
Adobe.
