To send attachments, all you need to do is turn off the MIME stripping
with humanize-mime = off.

We limit message sizes to 5megs to prevent abusive attachments.  (If
anyone sends 5 megs through email, they deserve a good beating.  Email's
not designed for that, and there are much better ways of doing it.)
Provided you got in under that limit, everything should've gone fine.

Are you saying that some received the post, just without the attachment?
That would be bizzarre indeed, but I doubt that's the case, since the same
message is sent to all list members.  (Technically: only one message with
X number of recipients is sent.  It's obviously more efficient to do it
that way.)

If some recipients don't receive the message, it's likely to
be an error in its transmission.  Turn on the CCERRORS and/or REPORTS
flag(s) to see more information on what's happening to the mail.
