Dear Andreas,
Please correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe the script is using ICC driver
task to generate the savealls. ICC driver task will attempt to open a
session with the CP memory resident database. It will fail if the CP is
offline or currently being opened in ICC.

I have never used it myself, but there is a utility developed by Alex
Johnson (in Duc Do's website: http://www.thedos.org/foxia/utils/) to extract
compound/block info from the workfile.

We normally keep our database in FoxCAE, and export the data from there
whenever we need them.

Best regards,
Nurul
