Check the file /usr/fox/sp/IIF.cur on the host of the Historian.

You will see a number of rows and columns. One row should obviously be
historian and one column in that row will say AH500 or AH1000 or
AH1500, etc. where the number is the number of points licensed.

I do not have access to an AW today but I think you should be able to
find it. If you find that you do not have enough points, I think
Invensys will sell you an upgrade.
