My favorite search and replace tool for windows is grepwin.

It is easy to use and can also use regular expressions.

Never mind,

I figured it out, I had no idea the tool within foxdraw would do more than 1
file at a time.  Now does anyone know of a text editor that will do search
and replace on an entire directory of files?

Thanks,
