I've had responses that haven't made it.   It is rare, but it does happen. 
  We use Lotus Notes 6.5.4.
I figure you have a randomized filter that was set up by the Foxboro 
Steering Committee that sees my name and smiles while it deletes my 
response :-)

Does anyone else ever experience their responses not making it to the 
list.

About 2 out of 5 of my responses to several key email trails never make 
it.
I end up sending directly to requestor.

Last week was very bad on getting responses thru.
