Tom, You are correct PP_TOT will not give you the number of station = connections, it give the number of C:B.P's. The way to find the number stations that you have SINK connections with = and the number of stations that you have SOURCE connections with, is to = use the rsom tool and the "conn" command and "sconn" command. The HH = will help you interpret the results. Andreas is right in saying that only the # of = =3D SINK data points are included in the Station blocks .PP_TOT Our CP =3D shows 329 =3DA0Jim Murphy mentioned the only way I know how to find out all of the = =3D sourced data points, and that is by using /opt/fox/bin/tools/rsom. As I = =3D stated before, rsom indicates the SINK connections in it's "LOCAL" lists = =3D and the "SOURCE" connections in lists labeled "REMOTE". The total size = =3D on the "LOCAL" list can show more than .PP_TOT because the LOCAL lists = =3D may have some bad or deleted values indicated by "No Response 0000" Our = =3D "LOCAL" lists totaled 331, (SINK connections), but two were "No =3D Response" and thus .PP_TOT shows 329 for this CP. This CP "SOURCES" =3D 1129 variables as indicated by the addition of all the "REMOTE" list =3D sizes. In my previous note I was more interested in quickly knowing how many = =3D Station-to-Station Peer to Peer connections we have, not the number of = =3D SINK/SOURCE variables being passed. I guess Andreas wanted to know the = =3D variables and rsom can provide that info. Cheers, Tom VandeWater Below is the total output from rsom on our heavily loaded CP60: OM OPEN POINTS DATABASE INFORMATION 00404C86 ID #=3DA0Next Hdr Adr=3DA0Status=3DA0 Lbug=3DA0Opt?=3DA0 PID #=3DA0Size 00 0570:BC66 Local=3DA0 17CP01=3DA0N=3DA0 60 =3DA0150 01 0548:A616 Local=3DA0 17CP01 N=3DA0 60 =3DA0150 02 0628:6F66 =3DA0Local=3DA0 17CP01=3DA0N=3DA0 60=3DA0 31 03 0620:FE06=3DA0 Remote=3DA003AW01=3DA0N=3DA0 1733=3DA0 11 04 05F8:FC46=3DA0 Remote=3DA003AW01=3DA0N=3DA0 1733=3DA0 1 05=3DA0 04F8:C706=3DA0 Remote=3DA004AW01=3DA0Y=3DA0 1600=3DA0 21 06=3DA0 0560:9B16=3DA0 Remote=3DA004CP01=3DA0N=3DA0 62=3DA0 9 07=3DA0 0628:3956 =3DA0Remote=3DA004WP04=3DA0Y=3DA0 7568 =3DA057 08=3DA0 0440:A8E6=3DA0 Remote=3DA004WP04=3DA0Y=3DA0 7568=3DA0 13 09=3DA0 0560:98C6=3DA0 Remote=3DA004WP04=3DA0Y=3DA0 7568=3DA0 10 10=3DA0 0550:C206=3DA0 Remote=3DA006CP09=3DA0N=3DA0 60=3DA0 1 11=3DA0 0528:AE16=3DA0 Remote=3DA008AW01=3DA0Y=3DA0 17646=3DA0 21 12=3DA0 04C8:B536=3DA0 Remote=3DA008AW01=3DA0Y=3DA0 17646=3DA0 14 13=3DA0 05D8:9456=3DA0 Remote=3DA008CP01=3DA0N=3DA0 60=3DA0 1 14=3DA0 0568:BB96=3DA0 Remote=3DA008CP02=3DA0N=3DA0 60=3DA0 2 15=3DA0 0530:E206=3DA0 Remote=3DA008CP08=3DA0N=3DA0 60=3DA0 3 16=3DA0 0628:39E6=3DA0 Remote=3DA011CP01=3DA0N=3DA0 62=3DA0 2 17=3DA0 0548:AB06=3DA0 Remote=3DA011CP03=3DA0N=3DA0 60=3DA0 4 18=3DA0 0558:A1E6=3DA0 Remote=3DA013CP08=3DA0N=3DA0 62=3DA0 2 19=3DA0 0558:4276=3DA0 Remote=3DA015AW01=3DA0N=3DA0 1727=3DA0 214 20=3DA0 0500:B526=3DA0 Remote=3DA015AW01=3DA0N=3DA0 1727=3DA0 114 21=3DA0 0450:B296=3DA0 Remote=3DA015AW01=3DA0N=3DA0 1727=3DA0 14 22=3DA0 0440:7A06=3DA0 Remote=3DA015WP03=3DA0Y=3DA0 1768=3DA0 67 23=3DA0 0568:C3B6=3DA0 Remote=3DA016CP08=3DA0N=3DA0 62=3DA0 1 24=3DA0 0558:BAC6=3DA0 Remote=3DA016CP08=3DA0N=3DA0 62=3DA0 1 25=3DA0 0560:B9E6=3DA0 Remote=3DA016CP12=3DA0N=3DA0 62=3DA0 1 26=3DA0 05F8:6836=3DA0 Remote=3DA017AW01=3DA0N=3DA0 29816=3DA0 50 27=3DA0 0558:0426=3DA0 Remote=3DA017AW01=3DA0N=3DA0 29816=3DA0 48 28=3DA0 05C8:8C36=3DA0 Remote=3DA017AW01=3DA0N=3DA0 29816=3DA0 48 29=3DA0 0598:ACB6=3DA0 Remote=3DA017AW01=3DA0N=3DA0 29816=3DA0 46 30=3DA0 04F0:E156=3DA0 Remote=3DA017AW01=3DA0N=3DA0 29816=3DA0 46 31=3DA0 0448:AEF6=3DA0 Remote=3DA017AW01=3DA0N=3DA0 29816=3DA0 46 32=3DA0 0488:A9C6=3DA0 Remote=3DA017AW01=3DA0N=3DA0 29816=3DA0 43 33=3DA0 05D8:8416=3DA0 Remote=3DA017AW01=3DA0N=3DA0 29816=3DA0 41 34=3DA0 0530:C3B6=3DA0 Remote=3DA017AW01=3DA0N=3DA0 29816=3DA0 40 35=3DA0 0568:B096=3DA0 Remote=3DA017AW01=3DA0N=3DA0 29816=3DA0 24 36=3DA0 0540:BA26=3DA0 Remote=3DA017AW01=3DA0N=3DA0 29816=3DA0 20 37=3DA0 0550:FA16=3DA0 Remote=3DA017AW01=3DA0N=3DA0 29816=3DA0 6 38=3DA0 04E8:8F06=3DA0 Remote=3DA017AW01=3DA0N=3DA0 29816=3DA0 5 39=3DA0 0530:D466=3DA0 Remote=3DA017AW01=3DA0N=3DA0 29816=3DA0 2 40=3DA0 0568:B686=3DA0 Remote=3DA017AW01=3DA0N=3DA0 29816=3DA0 1 41=3DA0 0570:C936=3DA0 Remote=3DA017CP05=3DA0N=3DA0 62=3DA0 5 42=3DA0 0570:BF26=3DA0 Remote=3DA017CP06=3DA0N=3DA0 62=3DA0 1 43=3DA0 0570:C8A6=3DA0 Remote=3DA017FG01=3DA0N=3DA0 141=3DA0 10 44=3DA0 0468:AF56=3DA0 Remote=3DA019AW01=3DA0Y=3DA0 3636=3DA0 1 45=3DA0 0000:0000=3DA0 Remote=3DA020AW01=3DA0Y=3DA0 18356=3DA0 55 46=3DA0 0560:9CE6=3DA0 Remote=3DA020CP03=3DA0N=3DA0 62=3DA0 2 47=3DA0 0568:B886=3DA0 Remote=3DA020CP04=3DA0N=3DA0 62=3DA0 2 48=3DA0 0568:EA16=3DA0 Remote=3DA020CP05=3DA0N=3DA0 62=3DA0 1 49=3DA0 0560:93B6=3DA0 Remote=3DA021CP03=3DA0N=3DA0 62=3DA0 2 TOTAL LOCAL/SINK CONNECTIONS (list 00-02) =3D3D 331 TOTAL REMOTE/SOURCE CONNECTIONS (list 03-49) =3D3D 1129 TOTAL SINK/SOURCE CONNECTIONS (list 00-49) =3D3D 1460 -----Original Message----- From: foxboro-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:foxboro-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] = =3D On Behalf Of Doucet, Terrence Sent: Friday, September 16, 2005 2:12 PM To: foxboro@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: Re: [foxboro] Number of Peer-to-Peer Source Station Connections = =3D to this CP Andreas, The C:B.PP_TOT gives you the total peer (SINK + SOURCE).
