Another option would be FoxCAE. This is an old program we used to create
drawings from a database back in the late 90s and early 2000s. You could use it
and its tools (which would go onto an AW in /opt/fox/ciocfg/api folder) to do
back-documentation. Just throwing ideas out there.

There is no easy way unless you purchase Foxboro's System Auditor (SA) software
package; the old Foxray. It converts those files and many others to an
easy-to-use database and the loop diagrams you are looking for. It also offers
a ton of other options. I am reluctant to take any work on a system that does
not have the SA installed...

Subject: [foxboro] Need tools/support for converting iccprt to loop diagram for
back documentation purpose
Dear Friends of Foxboro,
I need support regarding a back documentation work in which i have got only
foxview screens and ICCPRT .txt files of FCP-270s; Can anyone help me how to
convert iccprt to loop diagram for visualizing the loop for documentation
purposes?
Apprecite your great support in this matter. Thank you.
