There is no easy way unless you purchase Foxboro's System Auditor (SA)
software package; the old Foxray. It converts those files and many others
to an easy-to-use database and the loop diagrams you are looking for. It
also offers a ton of other options. I am reluctant to take any work on a
system that does not have the SA installed...
