I cant see the CP+ in locks folder.
I get the error even while downloading standard blocks.

Although not the same error message, it sounds similar to the ICC already
open problem we run into at times with IACC. Check usr\fox\sp\locks and
look for a file cpname+ (plus sign on end). If there, delete it and try
again.
Does this problem only exist when downloading your Modbus device ECBs and
DCI blocks or do you get the same error when downloading any standard block?
