yeah that could work, may take a lot of terms.

a^b = e^[b*ln(a)]

e^x = 1 + x/1! + x^2/2! + x^3/3! + ...

ln(x) = [(x-1)/x] + 1/2[(x-1)/x]^2 + 1/3[(x-1)/x]^3 + .....
