I confirmed today that while the machine appears frozen to the operator, I can
connect to shared folders from the AW and copy and paste files. It also appears
that RDP can connect, as far as I can tell. So that means the whole computer is
not dead, just that user session. I wonder if there's a way to force a logoff
from the domain controller, rather than hard shutdown, although that still
doesn't fix the problem of it freezing in the first place. Could this mean the
problem is software/memory and not hardware?
