I'll add to that point: for whatever security enhancement it provides, we
generally initiate transfers from the DCS side. Better in our minds to
have the DCS end control this.

What machine generates this file? The best practice would be to have that
machine initiate file transfer, since only it knows when the file is
complete, and correct.
