Ok! So I spoke with Stephanie, who has been working on the new directory. She
has not been able to finish it quite yet, but is almost done. She said that she
will send me what she can by the end of the day, but that she had planned to
have the directory finished before the end of the week. I let her know to not
stress – that we can come up with a plan and a list of volunteers at the
meeting tonight, and that we could always add on phone calls later this week. I
tried to really be clear on the no-stress part, given I know our fantastic
capabilities of working with what we’ve got!

i suspect this is something kyah has been given to do, though i'm not 100% sure
on that. it strikes me as the sort of thing that a volunteer could take on
and speed along. contacting her probably makes most sense.
