Thanks so much for the report!

We met Saturday morning, before the board meeting, on the policy committee,
and worked on the teacher eval process, forms and some support docs. I
think we'll have all back to the teachers shortly for final revisions/edits
(Rachel, the chair, will forward) and then the process should be ready for
the board to instate in August, yes.

I could not make it to the board meeting, as we had other plans for the
rest of the day, but I did get to hear about Stan and it sounds like a
great plan to have him help turn things around. Everyone has been working
super hard, and things clearly seems to be falling into place. Woot! I'll
try to stop in on Monday after work to say hello to Stan, I think.

I'm sure breakfast or yummy summery snacks would be much appreciated if
folks wanted to organize that for the August board meeting.
