salary(OT)

I'm in the midst of a salary negotiation at work and i was wondering what
the going rate for a senior Exchange admin with 5 years experince would be
in NYC in the finanical sector with a 4000 user base.
I'd also be the senior AD admin as well.
Sorry for the OT but just wondering what the rate might be in New York. I'd
thought you guys might give me a more accurate idea than Salary.com.
