Is your time zone one hour off of his?
When you look at his schedule in YOUR time zone, Outlook converts his meetings
to your time. We have offices in 3 time zones, it works consistently this way.
This is by design. I am unsure on the OWA part....

One of my users has noticed an odd problem. From his satellite office he
schedules events, but when he looks at his calendar via OWA or if anyone at our
home office looks at his calendar we see the appointments as starting an hour
after he's scheduled them for.
Any ideas?
