Does this happen for only one user? What happens sending from another
user. Are you usin exchange in MAPI mode, try SMTP and see if the
problem still exists.

Hi Thanks for your mail,
adsi.dat is not a domain not even a external domain.
when my clients used to send mails to external domain like
microsoft.com, ca.com, etc.., i'm (admin)getting NDR with the said
format.first i thought it is due to Active Directory Databse get
corrupted, then i checked Ad Database also, no issues in that.
Help me please.
