getting NDR to adsi.dat

As i'm getting NDR as the following,

Sent: 7/21/2004 3:00 PM

The destination server for this recipient
could not be found in Domain Name Service (DNS).

Can anybody knows what is this NDR to adsi.dat.
I verified my active directory integrity, exchange
database integrity, no errors in that one.and we're
not using any DNS server just relaying thru ISP's DNS
Servers.
Any Help...
