 Where abouts is the recipient you are trying to send this email to, is
it external domain.

By the looks of it adsi.dat is not a valid domain name, it will have dns
records so you will never be able to send mail to it. Unless of course
its an internal domain of yours, which I doubt

Can anybody knows what is this NDR to adsi.dat.
I verified my active directory integrity, exchange database integrity,
no errors in that one.and we're not using any DNS server just relaying
thru ISP's DNS Servers.
Any Help...
