exchange sys manager, org, administrative groups, server name,
protocols, smtp, right click smtp virtual server, access tab, relay
restrictions, "only the list below" radio button should be checked. And
the checkbox for "allow all computers which successfully authenticate to
relay" should be checked. This works for me.

My Exchange got blacklisted by Blars, anyone know a way to check
an exchange server to see if it is a spam machine.
