dear sir, 
 
 
my infrastructure , is consist of one mainserver , installed on it ISA, 
Exchangr, Active directory.
 
my E-mail server is hosted in USA, in CIHOST compoany, and i am  using exchange 
here 
 
in my office as Server to send the E-mails through SMART HOST, for the ISP him 
self . 
 
i am using SMALL BUSAINESS SEREVER 2000 , with BUILT IN POP3 connectort, 
 
i think this messgae because i am haveing some problem with my tool , so what i 
am thinking is , 
 
 
can i use GFI TOOL POP3 DOWNLOADRE, to downlaod all of the E-MAILS instead of 
the default on , can any one tell me if ist  right or not ,, 
 
please some help , please

There are couple of things you should do

 

   Check if you can run a telnet session on port 25 of the external ip address 
of your server
   If you can successfully do step I then repeat the process again this time 
using the domain name.

 

If that does not go through then basically you are having a DNS issue, ensure 
that your DNS entries are well configured.

 

If you are sitting behind a firewall, you might need to enable outgoing SMTP 
traffic.

 

Lets have a better understanding of your architecture so that we can help you 
better

i have here a problem with my exchange , i can send to all domains , but i have

while i was open my server i found this Error message in front of me :-
