What exactly are you wanting Microsoft to provide with Exchange? You want them to act as a service provider? I don't get your point - what function of RPC/HTTP do you think you are missing that this provides, the automation of setup on the client side? I guess I don't get it - the functionality provided is just using OL2K3 with SP2 - the only addition I see is who provides the service. Am I missing something here?
