Thanks for updation. Yesterday I have done the same but I think we can
rename /exchange virtual directory. I referred some documents but it's
meant for IIS4.0.

Hi Venu, It's very easy, but not in the way you want, another way to do
it, is, go to the properties of your OWA virtual Server in IIS and on
the home directory tab, select a redirection to an url, in the Redirect
to box type in /exchange, and select a directory below this url.

Now if you register say mail.your domain .com and use that as a host
header in the site properties, when your users type
http://mail.your.domain.com <http://mail.your.domain.com/> , they will
be redirected to the OWA logon page.
