Thanks Bob. Those are actual requirements from our users, they would like to use OWA as their default client, but still be able to save copies of their messages and perform some basic mailbox cleanup functionalities. That is why I am seeking advice for any OWA supplements that enhances OWA with the above OWA functionalities. Regards Ryan
