Thanks for your message.

The infrastructure is very simple. We have 3 exchange servers 2 Backend
servers (exchange 2000) and one exchange server front end (exchange
2003). In exchange 2003 OWA, you can have form based authentication
configured.

The pdf you have sent is for customizing OWA 2000 whereas I am looking
to customize OWA 2003 e.g how I can put my company logo on the logon
page along with disclaimer.

Tell me if you need any other information to understand the setup.

I don't understand you infrastructure. 2 backend Ex2k and
