MS Exchange 2000- Some Times Messages take too much time to get downloaded from Mailbox to Outlook pst.

I am using MS exchange 2000 Server and GFI MailEssential on Server end
and on client end in Outlook 2000 using MS Exchange Server as transport.
Some times messages from the Server Mailbox are not instantly downloaded
to outlook pst.
This problem arised few days back, already it was working fine.
How can I can resolve the issue.
