Do your users work with PST or on the exchange? -----Original Message----- From: Mike Borduas [mailto:mike@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx] Sent: Wednesday, March 26, 2003 2:40 PM To: [ExchangeList] Subject: [exchangelist] RE: Message Tracking http://www.MSExchange.org/ wouldn't this only take care of messages coming in to this mailbox? anything this user would send would still not be 'captured' -----Original Message----- From: Dolly Bareqet [mailto:dolly@xxxxxxxxxxxx] Sent: Wednesday, March 26, 2003 7:34 AM To: [ExchangeList] Subject: [exchangelist] RE: Message Tracking http://www.MSExchange.org/ First you have to know that it is not legal to do it. I would suggest you another way of doing it: From the Exchange server open AD users & Computers and open the user properties. Select the Exchange General tab --> Delivery options --> Select forward to --> modify --> select to whom you want to forward the messages. Don't forget to check: Deliver messaged to both forwarding address and mailbox. I have Exchange 2000 on SBS2000. All is working well apart from and employee who seems to spend a lot of time emailing people applying for jobs! I know people are going to query the 'legality' of what my the boss wants me to do, but here goes. He wants me to be able to forward to him and email sent between email address's (one internal and one external) on a weekly basis. While I have enabled message tracking and can see when they have been sent, I cannot view the actual email. Is there anyway of doing this? Any help/pointers are welcome.
