Help for Email Group Distribution

Dear Friends,
I am facing problem with one email address with user login
eg:guest.service@xxxxxxxxxx account login is gsa.
I have created group of users named FDSK and I added all the users in
that group, but I am unable to receive from mails from
guest.service@xxxxxxxxxx email address, I need to disable this gsa
account and receive email from this mail address and deliver to all
users in FDSK group.
Looking kind help from anyone
