RE: Exchange 5.5 admin

If the person who installed Exchange was logged in as admin and didn't
change the default, then the admin account is the service account. When you
log in to the Exchange box, make sure you are logging in to the domain
administrator account, not the local administrator account (i.e. the "log in
to" drop down should show the domain name). That should do the trick.
