O GOD! Whatta drag to go through all this just to be able to disable the
account... ;(
Microsoft better come up with a good fix for that soon...

I asked about this same thing awhile back.

Once the user has been disabled, the mail box is also not accessible.
You
have to first run exmerge to copy all mail box data, then delete the
mail
box, then disable the user.
