Hi Chand,
 
You certainly have this functionality. At least OWA 2000 has it. But it needs 
at least IE 4 to use this.

I am using Outlook Web Access. In OWA, once u have opened the mailbox, there is 
no way to tell u that a new mail has arrived, if one comes. I Know that MSN, 
Yahoo and even rediff have their messenger, built in to tell u that a message 
has come. Can't we have the same facility with our own OWA?
