Dear Professor Harmann,

I am not sure I can be of any help to you.
The only association I am with is Crimt, Centre de recherche
interdisciplinaire sur la mondialisation et le travail; I am directing
terminological work on globalization and I am the author of the Analytical
Dicctionary of Globalization and Labour / Dictionnaire analytique de la
mondialisation et du travail / Analitico diccionario de la globlabisacion y
del trabajo. I will direct the link and information to you if you feel it
relevent for the directory.
Concerning the IMO and TRS I am sorry I cannot be of much help, though I
quote the organization in the dictionary.
Thank you for your wonderful work.
With best regards,

Jeanne Dancette
