[etni] an Etni housekeeping request

Hi all,
Here is a request to make life for the Etni mail handler (me) - easier.
ONLY send mail to the ETNI list address - etni@xxxxxxxxxxxxx - if you are
writing your message in PLAIN TEXT.
If you are writing your message in rich/html text (or don't know which format
you are writing in), please send your message for the list to - ask@xxxxxxxxx
The automatic list handler at etni@xxxxxxxxxxxxx makes a mess out of the
conversion of rich/html text to plain text (which must be done before
forwarding it to the list). I then have to further edit out all of the excess
textual garbage which is created by this conversion.
When I receive your rich/html text message in our ask@xxxxxxxx mailbox, the
ensuing conversion is simple and painless.
