[ergo] follow-up

Rob, not sure what is happening at your end. I tested the updates
extensively with my R8B and am not having any problems. So, let's go back
to square one:
(1) Turn off E4
(2) Open your user folder and erase manually all your *.CTR and *.USR
files. Also, erase the ergo4.cfg file.
(3) Run E4. It should come up without any errors and without any windows
open.
(4) Open the R8B.
If you get the failure at step (4), try the process again, but insert step
2A:
(2A) Run Regedit and delete the following key (and all its subkeys):
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\CreativexpressDEV\Ergo4\Receivers
Run E4 again and set up your R8B from scratch.
If you are still having problems, try reseting the R8B firmware.
Guy, thanks for your feedback. I will be adding the capability to assign
hotkeys - and you will be able to assign one for the lock/unlock feature.
