Hi everyone! Good news from the HQ (just joking, there's no HQ) Ok, e-cidadania has reached 100% functionality. I know some of you (including me) are goign to say: "Hey! but what happened with the unit tests, ui tests, rest of modules, ui redesign, etc. etc. etc?". Good question, the thing is that we've reached *functionality*, not the final state of e-cidadania. I'll release e-cidadania 0.1.9rc1 as soon as we make some minor checks here at Cidadania and I wonder how to migrate the production database. All testing done by you guys are also very welcome! :D Tasks still pending (by importance order): - Unit testing for all the modules. I'll try to help Piyush with that. - Migrate the current permission system to django-guardian. Vishrut and I will be working on this, on the "guardian" branch. - Replace django-userprofile by django-userena. This is a critical part, specially sin we migrated to django 1.5.1 and userprofile is no longer supported. I'll take this task, if anyone wants to help me is very welcome to do so! - Development of the vote ponderation mechanism. This is quite easy to do compared to the rest of tasks, especially because the only thing missing is the views. - Development of the e-cidadania API and a possible Android app. No one is assigned to this. If anyone wants to take it is very welcome to do so. - Development of the automated reports module. Tamara should be doing this one, but we can't wait too much more, so maybe I'll start developing this. - UI testing. It's not prioritary, but it will be very welcome. - UI redesign. Tamara and Ana from the KIKA Hacklab at FYROM will help us with that. And I think that's all we miss to release e-cidadania 0.2 final! :D Any questions please send a mail following this thread.
