Hi everyone,

I've been testing the platform here on this side and it seems that we
still have tons of work to do.

Some of that work has already been included on the bugtracker, so if you
have time feel free to take a look and work on some issues.

One of the biggest flaws of the platform has been the (somewhat expected)
permission system, so our first task above everything is going to be the
development of the new permission system based on django-guardian.

Because of this and other stuff to do (revamp the proposals, create a new
comments system, etc.) we have to delay the release of e-cidadania 0.1.9
**indefinitely** until we have worked out those functionalities and bugs.

I know everyone is quite busy these days (work, exams, studies, etc.) but
I would like to make a call so if you have some spare time and the will to
develop a bit, please assign yourself a task on the bugtracker and help me
do this a bit faster.
