Hi Mohamed, For the first version of the API we're planning to give complete read access to all the platform, but if you feel like you can complete a read/write API (write acess to debate notes, proposals and votes) it's ol, it's up to you :) Sure, you can start documenting yourself, but I recommend you to wait to see if we're accepted in the GSoC first.
