[ecidadania-dev] GSoC Create RESTful API

I was reading in your gsoc ideas page and was wondering about one of the
ideas specifically the creating of a restful api. I had a few questions.
what are you planning to expose with this api, meaning what actions do you
plan to allow people to use through the api.
Also since there are no bugs in the bug-tracker I thought I may start by
creating skeleton for the api using django-piston. I read the docs and it
seams fairly straight forward. what do you think?
