Hi
I’m on Newington and mine is dreadful. I’m with BT, and 10-15% of the time I
have ‘no internet connection’, as well as the connection being very slow a lot
of the time.
Best wishes
Frances

Hi.
Ours is shocking.
We are with Plusnet I think.
We also don't seem to have our BT phone line!
We are on Rossington.
Hope that helps.

Who is your ISP?
Fibre to the cabinet will certainly increase your speed, but you shouldn’t be
having intermittent drop out due to copper . . .

Subject: [eccotalk] Broadband problems
I am yet again having intermittent drop out and slow speeds with my internet
connection.
I would be glad to know if anyone else has had problems recently. My ISP
provider says nothing can be done except to upgrade to a 'fibre to the cabinet'
connection, an extra £10 a month. Has anyone already got this and has it made a
difference?
Many thanks
Chrissie
