I'm with Utility Warehouse too, I find its generally not bad upstairs, with the
dinning/middle room being the worst.

Hi
Ours isn’t great. We were with BT and then Sky and now With Utility
Warehouse.
I’ve phoned up about it a few times over the past couple of years. Weekends
are the worst, especially Sundays. We’ve bought boosters and it’s made no
difference.
I’ve been told so many mixed messages that I’m confused and end up slightly
frustrated.

Hi
I’m on Newington and mine is dreadful. I’m with BT, and 10-15% of the time
I have ‘no internet connection’, as well as the connection being very slow a
lot of the time.
Best wishes

Hi.
Ours is shocking.
We are with Plusnet I think.
We also don't seem to have our BT phone line!
We are on Rossington.
Hope that helps.

Who is your ISP?
Fibre to the cabinet will certainly increase your speed, but you
shouldn’t be having intermittent drop out due to copper . . .

I am yet again having intermittent drop out and slow speeds with my
internet connection.
I would be glad to know if anyone else has had problems recently. My ISP
provider says nothing can be done except to upgrade to a 'fibre to the cabinet'
connection, an extra £10 a month. Has anyone already got this and has it made a
difference?
Many thanks
