This is an indication that the TOAD4 firmware is running but not communicating
with EazyCNC. When you click the MACH button the LED should blink at about 50
Hz - 100 Hz,
depending on EazyCNC communication settings. Of course you cannot really see
that fast blinking but the LED should glow somewhat dimly.
You can also try to press the F12 key to bring up the EazyCNC Java console so
that
you can see if there are error messages.
Please try above and report back.
