[duxuser] top margin

Ok so I know that this isn't a Duxbury question, but I have receive help
quickly from posting a question about my Juliet Brailler Embosser before so I
am hoping it will work again.
Could someone please tell me why my Juliet Classic Embosser will not leave a
space at the top of form. I have set it by the USB settings and it still isn't
working.
