Sarah, I've been using Duxbury for about twenty years, and in my experience what you describe is quite unusual. One possibility is that you have unwanted codes such as tabs or "hard" spaces in your document. To see the codes in your document, press Alt-F3; the codes will be enclosed in brackets and highlighted in red. A tab will appear as [>], while a hard space shows up as [']. If you want me to, I can take a look at the document and try to determine what's causing your formatting problems. Send it to me as an attachment at s.dresser@xxxxxxxxxxx. Alternatively, I'll be happy to answer any questions you have. I'm using eight and a half by 11 paper, and I am having spacing issues. Duxberry seems to want to utilize only half the line, and every time I try to move a word up to the previous line, one I know will fit, it won't let me. I am unsure how to fix this, and I'm not sure even going back into word to fiddle with the spacing would work at this point. I'd appreciate a solucion ASAP as this needs put out today.
