[duxuser] index everest-d configuration help wanted

I am unable to configure my Index Everest-D embosser in Duxbury V10.5 The
embosser is a model 2 and came from TSI.
I have spoken to Duxbury Tech support and Sighted Electronics. Any suggestions
would be appreciated.
